As the original home of Ladybird Books Ltd., there are several venues managed by Leicestershire County Council containing significant Ladybird Collections.

Leicestershire Museum Collections

A large collection of Ladybird books including a number of the early, pre-1939 children's books and other items produced by Wills & Hepworth Ltd, as well as objects from the factory, marketing material and some original artwork.

Charnwood Museum

Contains a permanent display about the history of the company and the people who worked there, which reflects the local pride and continued interest in Ladybird Books. Their Ladybird Corner features objects from Leicestershire Museum Collections, including the large Ladybird that used to grace the outside of the factory on Beeches Road.

Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland Record Office

Holds records relating to the history of Ladybird Books Ltd (formerly H. Wills and Wills & Hepworth Ltd,) from 1886-1997.
