The Ure Museum offers education sessions on the ancient Greeks and Egyptians, using real ancient objects to learn about these two remarkable civilisations. These sessions  follow the National Curriculum guidelines for Key Stage 2 in History, but are also cross-curricular, supporting literacy, numeracy, and other areas such as drama, art and design. The sessions also help to develop key skills such as interpretation and communication. Each session can be tailored to accommodate the needs of individual groups.

Please see below for our sessions and if you need more information, contact the Education Officer.
